This service for the individual who wants a professionally individualized training & nutrition plan, testing & evaluation, along with interaction.
Service includes:

Individualized Periodized Program; updated weekly
Customized Training and Race Day Nutrition Plan
Transition planning
Monthly Follow-up Meetings
Forum Interaction
